Damaged & Missing Items

If you have a damaged or missing item email us at info.wholesale@shuuk.com within 7 days of the receipt of the order. Damages will always be refunded; for missing items you may request either a refund or a replacement. 

Cancellation policy

We do our best to ship items within 1-3 business days & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short.  If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it. If you have setup a future date for the order shipping, we’ll proceed to cancellation without any inconvenient. 

To request cancellation, please email us to: wholesale@shuuk.com indicating “CANCELLATION REQUEST + Order Number” in the main subject. In the body of email, pls explain briefly the reasons for cancellation, this is very important input for us. We'll reply within 24 hs.

Does Lolita Wholesale offer a white-label service?

Yes, we can produce private label collections for large volume orders to your specifications. We can also develop products for your brand. Interested in learning more? Email us at: mcohen@lolitavirtual.com

Do you allow preorders?

Yes, we have ATS and preorder items. We can arrange to have your shipment delayed if needed.

Do you send samples? 

Our order minimum is a reasonable $190 USD. We are confident that if you try our high-quality products at this low minimum, samples will not be required. 

Do you offer free shipping? How long does my shipment take to arrive?

Yes, we offer wholesale orders with free worldwide shipping through FedEx or DHL. Shipment usually takes around five business days to arrive.

Is your clothing machine washable?

Most of our items are machine washable. Our cotton garments are preshrunk to prevent unexpected results. 

With our delicate materials, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer styles from XS to XXL. 

I’m a European stockist. What should I take into consideration? 

All EU orders are subject to import duties and VAT tax.

  • Payment is requested upon delivery. 
  • The average VAT rate is 21%. 
  • Applicable import duties and taxes can be verified with your local customs office or logistics operator before purchase.
  • An EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number may be required. For more information. You can check your EORI status through the EORI system.
